Frequently Asked Questions

How are you funded?

We are locally funded by our member cities who pay $0.58 per resident per city.  We use the local money to match a federal grant for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ).  The state of MN has also given us support.

Technically we are a government Joint Powers Organization and we are not for profit.
